Description of Volunteer Roles
The event is August 10th from 10am-1pm. Volunteers should arrive by 9am.

FULL--Friday Night Bagging Prep (25 Volunteers Needed)
Fill bags with specific products based off attached registration form.

Parking (10 Volunteers Needed)
Direct cars to proper parking areas.

FULL--Greeters (No Volunteers Needed)
Welcoming and directing guests where to go.

FULL--Registration (12 Volunteers Needed)
Register guests, finish filling bags (produce), and/or hand bags off to guests.

FULL--Bag Assistant (4 Volunteers Needed)
Helping guests carry bags to car.

Hosts (15 Volunteers Needed)
Meet guests, walk with them through registration and different services offered (health screening, Gideons, etc.), and pray with them.

Table Hosts (10 Volunteers Needed)
Talk with people while they are eating lunch and waiting on oil changes.

Oil Change Service (26 Volunteers Needed)
Change oil, move cars, get supplies, etc.

FULL--Lunch Prep/Serve (15 Volunteers Needed)
Cook lunch, prepare lunch bags, and run them to volunteers and guests.

Childcare (5 Volunteers Needed)
To help care for volunteer's kids.

Clean-up (10 Volunteers Needed)
Help put back tables and chairs, take trash out, etc.

Thank you for serving our community during our Annual Helping Hands event. (You may serve Friday night bagging & Saturday in another role, just register twice.)
