We are excited for another year of Awana. We will have an Awana Carnival to kick-off the season on Wednesday, August 19th from 6:30-8:00pm. This will be a time for you to meet some of the leaders, register, and have some fun together! Awana officially begins on August 26th at 6:30pm. See you there!

You will need to fill out this form along with the Medical Release Form on our website that will need to be signed in the presence of a notary.
